c) A copy of your valid medical registration from your medical council is required for course enrolment

5) Next please upload your medical registration from your Medical Council by clicking “Click Here to Upload Your Medical License” at top of same payment web page 
6) Upon successful card transaction, your Member ID is emailed latest in one business day
